Step 1: Join Us — Sign up online and a RelayRides team member will contact you to get your car enrolled.
Step 2: Get ready — We’ll arrange for a certified mechanic to install a device in your car that will allow renters to access it during authorized rentals (so there’s no need to exchange keys). Don’t worry, the installation won’t damage your vehicle in any way! We will also get your car set up with the RelayRides insurance policy to cover renters during the rental period.
Step 3: Set your preferences — You get to set the car’s rental price (we’ll help you! see suggested pricing table below), when the car will usually be available (you can change it at any time!), and where the car will be rented (Home, work, etc.).

Step 4: Rent out your car and collect your checks! — Renters will reserve your vehicle by the hour or day within the schedule that you make it available. You can rest easy during the rental as we screen the driving record of every renter, and provide comprehensive insurance coverage during the rental.
